If you watched the Victoria’s Secret show, you have probably noticed that Karlie Kloss has never looked that perfect and tight.
Now you have the opportunity to follow her workout and take care of your body line at home, without any additional equipment.
Stand with your knees slightly bent. Slide your right leg outward, and then raise it in line with your pelvic. Raise your leg with your knee still bent. Slide it back to your first position. Repeat this 10 times. Do this exercise with your left leg.
The second exercise is a variation of the first. It helps you tighten your thighs. Start by repeating it 10 times, and once you are in a top-shape, you can repeat it up to 30 times. Switch to the other side.
Lean your body forward and slide your leg to the back. Repeat every movement 5-20 times, then switch to the other side.
Do not forget the single squats. Do 8-10 to heat up your body, then do 20 with each leg. Finish by doing 10-20 regular squats, depending on your strength.
Start by supporting yourself on your knees and hands. Do the following 5 exercises.
Repeat each exercise 10-20 times, depending on your strength and condition.
The initial posture is same as in the exercises for tight buttocks. The only difference is that abs exercises are more challenging. Use a bottle of water as a weight.
Repeat the exercises 5 times on each side, then do them 15 times.
