The 3-Day Soup Cleanse: Eat as Much Soup as You Want And Fight Inflammation, Belly Fat And Disease

All of us need to do detox from time to time. Unfortunately, not every detox provides the desired results.

When it comes to soup cleanse, you can be sure that the process is happening naturally. Soup cleanse can improve the function of your kidneys, gut, liver, lymphatic system, and skin.

Moreover, it can boost your immune and digestive system.

It is recommended to do this soup cleanse for one day, then after one month, to do a three-day soup cleanse. You should eat 5-6 bowls of soup every day while you are doing this cleanse.

In addition, make sure to drink plenty of water. In fact, you should drink half your weight in ounces a day!

Detox Soup Ingredient Principles

  • Add spices like ginger, garlic, cinnamon, turmeric, and cumin
  • Add fibrous veggies like spinach, onions, carrots, leeks, zucchini, and kale
  • Add starchy veggies like beets, acorn squash, parsnips, and potatoes
  • Prepare a miso, bone, or vegetable broth.

You can also use proteins – beans, nuts, or lentils

For flavoring the soup you can also use ghee, olive, avocado or coconut oil.

Recipe 1: Broccoli Detox Soup

Needed Ingredients:

  • 5 c broccoli florets
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c kale or spinach
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 c vegetable or bone broth
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp collagen (optional)


Heat the coconut oil in a pot then add the celery, onion, and broccoli. Make sure to cook and stir for 5 minutes then you can add the broth. Let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the ingredients blend and the soup is thick and even!

Recipe 2: Carrot & Ginger Soup

Needed Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs carrots, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 6 c bone or vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 c coconut milk
  • Sea salt, black pepper, and onion to taste
  • 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp collagen (optional)


Put the garlic, ginger, broth, and carrots in a pan. Bring it to boil then let it simmer. Sauté the onions in a pan and add the ghee.

Make sure to cook it until the texture is caramel-like. Put the broth and onions in a blender and blend well. Next, add the seasoning and coconut milk and make sure to stir well.

Recipe 3: Red Lentil Soup

Needed Ingredients:

  • ¼ c coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
  • 2 sweet potatoes, chopped
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 c red lentils, rinsed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 1/2 c bone or vegetable broth
  • 1-inch ginger root, minced
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Coconut cream (optional)


Pour the olive oil in a pot and warm up on medium heat. Add the carrots, potatoes, onion, and apple and cook them for 10 minutes.

Next, you should add the ginger, broth, paprika, chili powder, and lentils and boil the soup. Let it simmer for 30 minutes. Once the soup thickens, make sure to simmer it for a while. In the end, use coconut cream to season it.
