Milk and honey create a perfect combination, and it has been used since ancient times. Drink a cup of sweet milk before you go to bed, and you will fall a sleep within a few minutes.

When combined together, milk and honey are even stronger. Of course, that does not mean that when consumed separately they do not provide a similar effect. Honey stimulates a balanced production of insulin, and it enhances the release of tryptophan in the brain.

Ingredients: 6 oz milk 1 drop vanilla extract 1 tsp honey
