- 2 jalapeños, diced and cleaned
- 2 scallions, diced (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 tbsp butter, melted

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your loaf pan. Use a 9×5 or 9×6 loaf pan. Next, cook your bacon. You need it crispy. Put it on a paper towel to get rid of the grease. Crumble it when it’s cool enough to handle.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and sugar to a bowl. Whisk.
