Recipe: “Burning” face mask

  • Ingredients:
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 teaspoon honey

Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Apply the mask on the nose, forehead, cheeks and chin, using a small folded towel.

Take care not to apply the mixture too close to your mouth or eyes. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes, or if you can’t stand the sensation that long – at least 10 minutes. Rinse the mask off with warm water.

NOTE:
With the proviso that you have very sensitive skin, either skip the lemon juice or add more honey so that the mixture becomes thicker.
