All you need is a medium-sized egg and 150 ml vinegar. Wash the egg well and drop it in a glass of vinegar. Leave it in for 7 days. Apple cider vinegar works best.

The eggshell will dissolve in the vinegar, and it will only keep the thin membrane that protects the yolk and the white. Tear the thin membrane off, and once you do that, put the egg back into the vinegar and stir well.

For optimal results take 10 ml of this healing drink three times a day. Always dilute your drink in a glass of lukewarm water.
