2020 gave us things we didn’t ask for. It’s probably the worst year of your life. Australia was the first to deal with a catastrophe. Raging fires killed one billion animals and burned 18.6 million hectares of land.

The US drone landed at Baghdad International Airport hitting the Iranian major general. Things got so heated up that analysts predicted a WW3. The situation was put under control, but millions of Americans took the streets to protest against police brutality and racial injustice.

All this while struggling with an invisible enemy that infected millions of people. According to recent data, COVID-19 killed about 700 000 people worldwide.

When will the whole thing end?

Imgur user skeeli614 shared the viral summary 2020, giving us a cleaner look into the real situation. The post was upvoted 5,692 times on the platform. The user is satisfied with the impact the post had on every citizen of this world.

“I was actually just browsing through Facebook and came across the post and thought the people of Imgur might find it as humorous as I did.”

We don’t know the real name of the author. “In the 30 years I’ve been alive, I have to say it’s my least favorite year.”

Comedy writer Ariane Sherine believes that 2020 will stick around.

“2016 was also a bad year and people still talk about it,” Sherine said in the interview. “But it [2020] will slowly fade from memory and be mentioned less and less.”
