Homemade Syrup To Improve Your Blood Count

Do you feel tired and general weakness of your body? Do you often feel sleepy?

But before you go to see doctor, try the natural way to improve the general condition and blood counts and prepare this healthy syrup to improve your blood.

For the preparation of this syrup you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg/2.2 lbs beetroot
  • 1/2 kg/ 1.1lbs  carrots
  • 1  lemon
  • 2-3 oranges
  • 2 sour apples
  • 1 jar of honey


Peel the beets, carrots and the apples, cut them into smaller pieces, put them in a juicer and make juice.

Manually squeeze the lemon and the oranges and this juice mix it with previous one. Finally, add a jar of meadow honey, because it is the most curative.

Stir the honey and juice well until you get a smooth mixture. You can use more than 2-3 oranges, because they are added mainly for smell and taste. The finished syrup put it in a glass bottle.

You will get about 2 liters ( more than 8 cups) of syrup, enough for 15-20 days.  Drink 4 oz of this syrup every morning on an empty stomach, until you spend the whole amount.
