  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 handful of thyme
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 apple
  • 2 carrots


Place all ingredients in a juicer.

You should drink this juice 3 times per day, 30-40 minutes before meal.

Note: It is the best to drink the juice immediately after the preparation, at room temperature, because if freshly squeezed juices stand for a while will come into contact with oxygen and will lose their healing properties.
