Ginger Honey Recipe
Clean 2 large ginger roots. Blend the pieces well, or you can just shred them finely.
Stir half a kilogram of organic honey in.
Take a tablespoon of the remedy 3-4 times a day. Remember, always use wooden, plastic or ceramic spoon, never metal. It is enough to take 1-2 tablespoons a day to prevent any diseases and strengthen your immune system.
