Salt and Vinegar Zucchini Chips (Recipe)

There’s nothing tastier than a good snack, but your body may be frightened of the idea of being drowned in a bag of chips. Why on Earth would you eat chips made from non-organic veggie and seasoned with table salt?

Let’s not forget the shady fats. Your body deserves the best, so it’s time to give yourself what you deserve. Zucchini chips maybe?

It’s time to get rid of all the bags of potato chips, and try something new. We believe everyone should replace potatoes with a healthier veggie, and you should definitely use high-quality salt.

To make zucchini chips, you will need a dehydrator. If you don’t have one, feel free to use your good ol’ oven.

Let’s go through the ingredients:

  • Zucchini
  • Sea salt or herbamare
  • Apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Slice your veggie into 1/8 inch thick slices. Toss the slices into apple cider vinegar, and season with salt.

Spread the slices into a single layer onto a baking sheet, and bake at the lowest temperature. If you are using a dehydrator, set the temperature to your liking, and remove the chips when crispy.

How long will it take? It depends on the temperature you choose and the thickness of your slices.

Yum! Eat your zucchini with your favorite dip. Use sour cream, scallions, garlic maybe, cucumbers, and pretty much everything that goes into a healthy and refreshing dip.

You can find so many recipes online, but make sure you pick something healthy.  It’s about time that you take care of your body.

If you don’t like using sea salt, use Himalayan pink salt. It’s equally healthy, and looks pretty, too. The little rocks will give a fresh kick to your chips. Olive oil works well, too. If you like black pepper, feel free to add freshly ground black pepper to your chips.
