- 1 tsp dried, crushed mint leaves
- ginger powder (just the tip of a teaspoon)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp honey
- 200 ml water
Boil 200 ml of water and add some crushed mint leaves. Leave it for five minutes then strain. Add ginger, lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey.
