Ginger has many health benefits, and its root is the main ingredient in different home remedies. It has strong antiseptic and antioxidant effect, soothes cough, stimulates circulation, warms the body, relieves spasms, and enhances liver function.

Ginger is a natural remedy that reduces triglycerides and bad cholesterol. Fresh and dried ginger have different properties, as if they were two different plants.

  • 200 ml water


Boil 200 ml of water and add some crushed mint leaves. Leave it for five minutes then strain. Add ginger, lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey.

Drink your tea before you go in bed, taking small sips.
